Membership dues are $40 per half-year (up until Concert #1) or $80 per year (up until Concert #2). Membership dues should be paid at the start of the season to the choir's Treasurer, Ilona Bain. Receipts will be issued. Important! Concert attire is a long-sleeved white blouse/shirt and black ankle-length skirt/pants. Ladies may wear either pants or long skirt (black nylons, socks, and shoes as well, please). Men will be provided with tartan neckties and women with tartan scarves (choice of tartans: Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Cape Breton, or Labrador). A $10 deposit is required for each tie and scarf. The ties and scarves are the property of the choir. Music must be held in a black binder. Rehearsals are on Tuesday evenings - starting September 1, 2009 - from 7:00 pm to 9:30 pm at the Pleasant Park Baptist Church (414 Pleasant Park Road, Ottawa, Ontario). The church is marked by the star on the map below. There is ample parking available. Please note that as a concert approaches, there may be a few extra rehearsals. Can't make it to a rehearsal?
